Hi Guys,

To allow agent to do a XML export of all the properties, ALSO NOT THEIR OWN, is recipe for disaster. I do not want to allow other agent to use our properties for their marketing.

Also we will not be taken seriously if properties will be listed several times on these portals!!!

Please change urgently!!

Hi Edwin,

When you set up a collaboration with an agent there is an option that you can select to prevent the agent from exporting shared properties that are not their own.

When you create a collaboration (or accept one) in collaboration manager, you have the option to allow or not allow property export from the agent you are collaborating with, I have cut and pasted the option below.

Therefore you can choose not to allow your properties to be exported to property portals and thus prevent multiple copies of properties being listed on them.
