I'm learning the new software and I created a "fictitious" account to learn with. I now want to get rid of these details, how do I delete them?

 

Also, how do I edit the low - med - short term costings for an individual property, again, whilst I'm learning?

Hi Paul,

Go into RENTALS - SET UP MY COSTINGS you will see the costings that you have set, be sure to select the tab ALL COSTINGS to view all.

Then you can remove these by selecting the cross at the end of the row, these can only be remove as long as there are no properties associated with the costing.

New to this too.  How do I, remove a duplicate solicitor, when there is no edit or little green cross to delete?

Hi Caroline,

If you have a duplicate solicitor, for the time being you could overwrite the duplicated information with another solicitors contact details and amend the record.

I have put in a feature request for the ability for 'administrators' to be able to archive company and solicitor contacts from proptrack so that they can be removed from view.
