    Time out

How do I, change the time out on the Proptrack.  At the moment I am just starting and whenever I have to stop for a reason I have to sign in again, which is quite frustrating if I have added lots of info already. I have tried the search but cant find the instructions in the list.  I want to make it 20 mins or so before I get kicked out!

    Re: Time out

    Hello Caroline,

you can change your timeout settings for inactivity to a maximum of 40 minutes. To do this go to the following link: (Settings, Security, login policy).

https://live.proptrack.com/agents/settings/security/loginpolicy and select you duration as 40 minutes. As a default it is set to 10 mins.

    Hope this helps.

    Re: Time out

This is to other users. Does anyone else feel that 40 mins is far to short to be kicked out of Proptrack?  Everytime I want to use it I have to log in which is long winded as well. I start to do work then a customer comes in or the phone rings and bam!  I carry on adding stuff go to enter it and find myself typing my email address again!  Why is it so short and why such a long winded process of getting back in?

    Re: Time out

Yes Caroline, 40mins is far too short and it is very irritating when this happens.  If this is the case and there is no other way to go around it, at least they should enable us to save the username on our computer that we use.

    Re: Time out

I have added your comments to the feature request for a possible extension to the time out within proptrack.
