You can set this up so that proptrack does it automatically for you with 'property alerts'.
When you have added a buyer, click on the buyer name to take you to the record. Add a requirement for the buyer by clicking on the '+Add Requirement' link on the Right Hand side, and add the requirement for the contact. When you have done this, click on the 'properties' dropdown on the left hand side and select 'requirements' to display all your requirements for this client (you can add more than one requirement for many locations). This will display the requirement, where you will be able to see how many new properties are match your clients criteria. You will see that there is an option there called 'scheduled name', if there is nothing scheduled it will tell you this. Click on the 'not scheduled' link, this will now allow you to auto assign a schedule and send out automatic alerts to your clients that there is a new property that matches their requirements. For example you can create a schedule to send out to your clients on a Friday.
You therefore can use the automatic property alerts within proptrack to send out new updates to your clients, saving you time on searching and sending out these updates via a newsletter or other means.
