I think it would be a great idea if an alarm / reminder system could be incorporated in the tasks section. This way when a "job" has to be carried out, a reminder would appear on screen.

What do you think?

The alarm/reminder system is something that we have considered incorporating into the software for tasks, however we are at the moment unable to add something like this to the software.  It is something that takes alot of resources to use, and if running over the internet this may impede the speed, therefore at the moment it is still a feature, but it has no time designated for addition to proptrack.  this however may change in the future.
