I cannot get acces to add a new development. Am I doing something wrong? It says I do not have sufficient permission.

You can only add a developement if you have a 'developer account' in proptrack, which is reserved for developers only.  As an agent you are only able to add a 'new unit' which is not shared out with other agents in proptrack.

So presumably I cannot add a new unit either? So does that mean that the developer areas are off limits 100%?

If we are listing new developments from developers, should we therefore list these as resale properties? How do other agents handle this?
