Hi Nicole,

It is not possible to delete properties from proptrack.  The best way to remove the active marketing of your ficticious properties would be to mdify the details for each property, under property details screen on the right hand side at the bottom is  the option 'status', select the option from the drop down box 'unavailable/offline'.  Also deselct the check box 'share privately'.  This will mark the property as off line and unavailable and removing from your sharing agents if you share with anyone.

Any good tip maybe to change the reference number to TEST1, TEST2 and so on, that way if it ever does come up in a search that staff members know to ignore the property. 

I have added to the proptrack feature request list the option of being able to delete properties and test data by the administrators within an agent, this will be discussed at our next development meeting and if approved will be added to the proptrack development plan for a future version release of the software.
