If you currently search for say 3 bedroom apartment in Elviria and search the results on the map. You can see which results are on the beach side of the N340 for instance. We will in the near future have the facility to search by proximity of the Beach, as we are collecting the Geo of the coastline of Spain as we speak. I am afraid we cannot give you a time frame for this.
