i am unable to get the import csv to work, i get erros all the time.  i even tried exporting to csv from protrack and then back again to see where i was going wrong and i still get errors when i import the same csv file

Could you tell me at what stage you are getting the errors. Are you getting an unexpected error when you try and move to the next step? Or are you getting errors showing up about your data?
