Hi Caroline, I have added this to the Feature Request list for discussion at the next development meeting for the ability to choose between flat fees or % from a drop down box to provide more flexibilty. When this has been approved it will be added to a version of proptrack for future release. Many thanks  

Hi Nicole, It is not possible to delete properties from proptrack.  The best way to remove the active marketing of your ficticious properties would be to mdify the details for each property, under property details screen on the right hand side at the bottom is  the option 'status', select the option from the drop down box ...
