Hi Caroline, I have added this to the Feature Request list for discussion at the next development meeting for the ability to choose between flat fees or % from a drop down box to provide more flexibilty. When this has been approved it will be added to a version of proptrack for future release. Many thanks  

I am new!  And I want to add developments to my property list.  The builders here do not have flat fees, it is a deposit.  Also over 2 or 3 years there are various payments, that vary over the development according to the price of the property. Is there any flexability to adjust the details to suit?
