Hello Caroline, you can change your timeout settings for inactivity to a maximum of 40 minutes. To do this go to the following link: (Settings, Security, login policy). https://live.proptrack.com/agents/settings/security/loginpolicy and select you duration as 40 minutes. As a default it is set to 10 mins. Hope this helps.
